“ Went for sushi but enjoyed lots of other great dishes. ”
“ I am not sure if we went during a weird time, but we had to wait a long time for our food. We spent about 2 hours total here and at least 1 hour was waiting on food. I did notice there seemed to only be one waitress and it was about 80% full. I think the portions were abundant for the price and it was very delicious. We do plan to go back, and hopefully we do not wait as long. Edit: So we went back. It looks like 1 server is the usual for this place. HOWEVER, I think this is because 1 server is enough to keep up with how quickly the food comes out. This place is definitely more for a family meal type of experience and not eat and leave sort of deal. My family and I love the food and the sushi is amazing. The servers are nice. I just think everyone should be aware that it's not the fastest place. But, because of that, it works as a great date night dinner! ”
“ We've been going to Toyo Grill for over 15 years and i can't count the number of times we've ate here and they never disappoint. Friendly honest service. The owners are fantastic and the sushi is always fresh. The decor is slightly dated but I would rather have good sushi when I want good sushi over fancy tables or flowers. Thanks for providing great sushi and service! ”
“ This is hands down the best sushi in the area. Fish is great quality and the rice is perfect. I used to be a sushi chef and I can tell you that these guys know what they're doing. I can't recommend this enough! ”
“ This is the place to go if you want delicious Korean food. I love the Bim Bim Bop , and the sushi is amazing! ”
“ Love both their Korean and Japanese fare. The owners/staff are super friendly. Definitely my go-to spot for Korean cuisine. ”
“ Never have I been so happy eating a meal! I just moved back after living in Korea for 10 years and have missed the food so much. This restaurant is owned by a Korean family and the sushi and sashimi here are high quality and super fresh, comparable to the quality I can find in coastal Korea. How can the fish be this fresh in Indiana!? Definitely hit the spot and I think I can live here again as long as this place exists can't wait to try their Korean dishes too. I read in some of the comments that people thought the servers are rude and abrupt. Please remember that this is an immigrant family from Korea whose native tongue is not English. Their service is professional and polite and totally what you would encounter in Korea. Don't expect them to chat you up and treat you like American servers would. Please be respectful and open minded and enjoy their amazing food and culture. I wish the owners the best of success! And see you again soon ”
“ Truly our favorite place for all things Sushi! The Dragon Maki is excellent and the shrimp tempura Crunch Maki is my favorite! Never disappoints! ”
